By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing products from Elite Block, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all quotations, sales, deliveries and services provided by Elite Block unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All quotations are prepared based on the project requirements and information available at the time of enquiry. Prices, availability, delivery charges and lead times may change before an order is formally accepted.
Orders are accepted subject to product availability, agreed payment terms and confirmation from Elite Block. Product images, dimensions, colours and descriptions shown on this website are for general guidance. Minor variations may occur due to the manufacturing process, raw materials and production batches.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected blocks, interlocks, kerbstones or other products are suitable for the intended project and meet the requirements of the relevant consultant, contractor or authority.
Elite Block works to ensure every order is processed and delivered efficiently. Clear payment arrangements and safe, accessible delivery conditions help us provide a reliable service across Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE.
Payment requirements will be confirmed in the approved quotation, sales order or invoice. Elite Block may require full or partial payment before production, dispatch or delivery of goods.
Where credit terms are approved, all invoices must be paid on or before the agreed due date. Elite Block may delay, suspend or cancel an order where payment remains outstanding.
Estimated delivery dates and times are provided in good faith but may be affected by production schedules, traffic, weather, site access or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer must provide safe and suitable site access, adequate space for delivery vehicles and appropriate equipment or labour for offloading, unless offloading has been specifically agreed in writing.
The customer or authorised site representative must inspect goods at the time of delivery and report any visible shortage, damage or incorrect product on the delivery note before the driver leaves site.
Any concerns not visible at delivery must be reported to Elite Block in writing as soon as reasonably possible, with the relevant order number, photographs and supporting information.
These conditions help protect both Elite Block and our customers by setting out clear expectations for confirmed orders, product handling and use of our website.
Products may only be returned with prior written approval from Elite Block. Custom-made, specially produced, used, damaged or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return. Approved returns may be subject to inspection, collection charges, restocking costs and applicable conditions.
A cancellation request must be submitted to Elite Block in writing. Orders that have entered production, been prepared for dispatch or already delivered may not be cancelled. Any costs incurred before cancellation, including production, transport or handling costs, may remain payable by the customer.
Elite Block will not be liable for indirect losses, project delays, loss of profit or costs arising from incorrect product selection, unsuitable site conditions, poor handling, storage, installation or use of products outside their intended application.
