Our Manufacturing Process
From raw materials to finished products, every step in our manufacturing process is monitored for quality and consistency to meet UAE construction standards.
Hollo Blocks
Hollow blocks are produced with hollow centres to reduce weight and improve insulation.These cement blocks are mostly used in interior works, due to their high fire rating and good sound absorption.
Thermo Blocks
Thermally insulated blocks are made of concrete consisting selected aggregate and cement with extruded or expanded polystyrene. The polystyrene is specially designed and placed symmetrically during the time of moulding the blocks at wet stage of concrete.
Hourdi Blocks
Hourdi blocks are manufactured with crushed aggregates and also known as filler blocks. These blocks are used in the construction of slab floor concrete. Hourdi blocks have a good sound and heat insulation ability compared to other slab fillers. They are suitable for exposed climatic conditions.
Solid Blocks
Solid blocks are manufactured with crushed aggregates, sand and cement and it is commonly used for foundation of structures. Dubai Blocks’ solid blocks provide some of the highest strengths required to meet the most stringent building requirements..
